Meet Dr. Kristen Ogg
Dr. Kristen Ogg has been an aesthetic physician for over 17 years and has trained for several major companies in the industry. In 2022 she launched her training program. She knew one thing for certain: she didn’t want to just teach injections, she wanted to create confident, skilled injectors who are making money.
Her philosophy is simple: Build As You Learn, Start with the Foundation, and Begin Injecting Immediately. Once you generate income, advance your skills. This stepwise approach prevents overwhelm, builds mastery, and helps you grow a sustainable business – not just collect certificates.
Tox 101 Beginner Class
This is where every successful injector should begin. Classes are kept small (6–8 trainees max) to ensure hands-on coaching and individualized guidance.
Option 1: Certificate of Completion – $2,000
3 hours of didactic plus 4 hours of hands-on (2 models provided). Core facial and neck areas covered. Recommended for Medical Directors who need training only, not certification.
Option 2: Mentorship & Certification – $3,000
This is where transformation happens. Full Tox 101 training and 8 hours of hands-on training with 8–10 additional patients. These additional hours are completed in small group sessions (max 4 trainees). After completion of the Written + Skills competency test, you will receive launch support: Medical Director guidance, Malpractice insurance direction, and Business setup checklist.
You leave not just trained — but ready to inject and earn.
Filler 101 Class
Once you have begun establishing your client base, we strategically expand your service offerings to support safe and sustainable growth. This advanced training course includes comprehensive instruction in patient assessment and treatment planning, full-face balancing, safe injection techniques, and complication prevention and management.
Participants will receive six hours of hands-on training focused on the following treatment areas: chin, cheeks, lips, and nasolabial folds.
Please note: Filler training is most beneficial when you are prepared to incorporate these treatments into your practice immediately. Consistent application is essential to building skill, confidence, and long-term proficiency.
