Details & Exclusions
- Raven Rewards Membership Program is an annual program and is designed to allow patients to save up for their treatments each month. Program is charged monthly and is credited to the patient’s account accordingly.
- Membership credits roll over every month and will be available at the time of your next treatment!
- Membership discounts cannot be combined with any other Raven Med Spa discounts or discounted gift cards. During specials or events, patients will pay the best available price.
- Memberships can be paid monthly or paid in full and will automatically renew until canceled each month.
- Non transferrable.
- Cancelation policy: The Raven Rewards Membership Program is an annual program. There is a $250 cancelation fee if canceled prior to first 12 months of enrollment. A written notice of cancelation is also required.
